Welcome to iPause. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use iPause.

License

iPause grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the app on Macs you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.

Subscriptions and Lifetime

• iPause offers monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, plus a one-time Lifetime purchase, processed exclusively through Apple's App Store.
• Monthly and yearly plans include a 30-day free trial for first-time subscribers. Your card is not charged during the trial unless you cancel after it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage and cancel in System Settings › Apple ID › Media & Purchases › Subscriptions.
• Lifetime access is a single non-recurring payment that grants Pro features for the lifetime of the iPause app on your Apple ID.

Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple at support.apple.com/billing. We can't issue refunds directly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of iPause, except where this restriction is prohibited by applicable law. You won't redistribute the app or use it to violate any law.

Health disclaimer

iPause provides reminders and break suggestions to encourage healthier screen habits. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have eye strain, posture, or other health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

No warranty

iPause is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of iPause.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of iPause after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
